Refrigeration System:

• Factory-engineered. self-contained capillary tube system using environmentally friendly (CFC free) 134A refrigerant.
• Extra large evaporator coil balanced with a higher horsepower compressor and large condenser; maintains cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F (0.5°C to 3.3°C).
• Sealed. cast iron. self-lubricating evaporator fan motor(s) and larger fan blades provide efficient low-velocity. high-volume airflow for faster temperature pull-down. colder holding temperatures. and quicker recovery in high-use situations.
• Condensing unit accessed from behind the front grill; slides out for easy cleaning and maintenance.
  

Cabinet Construction:

• Exterior: Black. powder-coated cold-rolled steel with stainless steel countertop.
• Interior: Stainless steel floor with 1/2 (13 mm) reinforced lip and heavy gauge galvanized steel walls.
• The door threshold protector prevents damage from the routine loading of the product.
• Insulation: The entire cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed-in-place with high-density polyurethane insulation (zero ODP. zero GWP).
• Frame: Welded. heavy-duty steel rail. black powder-coated for corrosion protection.
  

Doors:

• Wear-resistant laminated black vinyl exterior with heavy gauge galvanized steel liner.
• Each door has a 12 (305 mm) long recessed handle. foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock for permanent attachment.
• Positive seal doors.
• Magnetic door gaskets (one-piece construction) are removable without tools for easy cleaning.
• Standard door locks.
  

Shelving:

• Six adjustable. heavy-duty black PVC coated wire shelves: Two right and two left (23 1/2L x 21 1/4D or 597 mm x 540 mm). two center (28 1/4L x 21 1/4D or 718 mm x 540 mm).
•  Four chrome-plated shelf clips per shelf.
• Aluminum shelf support pilasters; shelves adjustable on 1/2 (13 mm) increments.
